A Pella native, born and raised! After deciding where to transition after my time at the University of Northern Iowa, I decided to head back to my hometown. Marion County consistently amazes me with the amount of people buying in to the growth and development of its communities. Due to this I knew it was the perfect place to get involved in the real estate industry.
Real estate has been apart of my life since I was young. I have seen firsthand how my parents, Mike and Sarah Buchheit, have ran this business and expanded their portfolio through investments - and with that I am excited to be apart of the Pella Real Estate Services team!
Entering my 4th year as a full time REALTOR, I am excited to partner with my husband, Nathan Ward, as The Ward Team. Our teamwork allows us to help more clientele and be a resource to meet the needs of buyers/sellers/investors/tenants. We are heavily involved in the community and feel we provide a strong set of attributes to our clients:
